Personal Injury & Torts
Accepts Plaintiffs'/Survivors' cases involving personal injuries, wrongful death, property damage, etc.,. Accepts cases involving automobile, truck, and boating accidents, as well as injuries caused by unsafe conditions of property, or defective products. Also serves as local counsel or referring counsel for major litigation such as class action defective products, toxic tort actions, medical malpractice, etc.. Most cases taken on contingency fee basis.

 

Workers' Compensation
Accepts claims by injured employees or survivors for Missouri Workers' Compensation benefits, including lost income, medical care, and permanent partial or total disability claims. Most cases taken on contingency fee basis.
 

Insurance
Accepts Plaintiffs' cases involving insurance claims against homeowners', health, auto, casualty, umbrella, liability, uninsured and underinsured motorist, including vexatious refusal by insurers to honor policies. Each matter is determined on case-by-case basis; however many insurance cases can be accepted on a contingency fee basis, or recovery of attorney fees from the insurance company may be allowed by statute in some instances.
